Sightline sits quietly on your team's Macs and watches the workflows they choose to share: only the apps you allow, during hours you set, redacted on-device. What comes out the other side is a map of where the hours go, and which of them a machine could give back.
Have an invite link from your admin? Just open it. The link carries everything the installer needs.

How it works
Three steps, one honest deal.
Step 02
Install and grant permissions
Run the installer, launch Sightline, and approve the macOS prompts it walks you through: Screen Recording, Accessibility, and Microphone (used only during detected meetings). From that point the app follows your organization's policy: which apps, which hours.
Step 03
Workflows become a map
Processing on your Mac turns raw observation into sessions, procedures, and rankings; naming tasks and judging feasibility use your organization's own gateway — after on-device redaction. People stay people; patterns become visible.
Privacy, stated plainly
What Sightline does, and doesn't.
It does
- Observe only allowlisted apps. If an application isn't on your organization's list, it is never captured.
- Run only during set hours. Outside the schedule your organization configures, observation is off.
- Redact on-device. Sensitive text is redacted on your Mac before anything is stored or sent.
- Report to your organization's own gateway. Mined results go to infrastructure your organization controls, not to a shared cloud.
It does not
- Watch outside the lines. No capture of apps off the allowlist, and none outside scheduled hours.
- Use trackers. No third-party analytics or ad scripts, in the app or on this site.
- Hide its policy. The active allowlist and schedule are visible inside the app at any time.
- Overclaim. We don't use words like "anonymous." Task mining looks at real work, so we tell you exactly what is observed and who can see the results.
Your admin sets the allowlist and hours. If something here doesn't match what you were told, ask them for the policy. It's the same one the app displays.

Workspaces enroll devices through signed invite links minted by their admin. Each one expires, can be revoked, and installs a build already bound to your team. If you're expecting one, check with your admin; if you have one, opening it is the whole setup.
